– More control by using directional light output and results a more energy efficient design
– More color options: warm light (3000K), neutral daylight color (4000K) and cool color (5000K)
– Definitely longer lamp life for LEDs (up to 50000 hours) compared to incandescent lamp (between 750 and 2000 hours) or fluorescent lamps (up to 20000 hours) and this would result in lower maintenance costs
– Higher CRI. LEDs can have higher CRI (up to 95 Ra) compared to fluorescent lamps which can have values between 70 Ra and 80 Ra. A higher Color Rendering Index means a more accurate color.
Our LEDs for under cupboard lighting have a Color Rendering Index of 97.
